About me:
I'm a Texan and proud of it, but unlike
most other local Real Estate Brokers, I also had the benefit of over 10 years learning
all facets of effectively marketing high end Real Estate in California,
culminating in my appointment as the Director of Marketing for the #1 Real Estate company in San
Diego, with more than 650 Agents.
I moved back home in 1998, and the
skills that I learned have enabled me to provide a more effective
approach to Real Estate practice in Texas.
I was the number one
producing agent in my company (out of 450+ agents) for both 2005 and 2006,
and in 2007 I was ranked in the top 1% of all San Antonio agents, by the San Antonio
Business Journal.
In 2009, while many agents struggled in
the challenging market conditions, I had one of my most productive years
ever, and also completed the necessary classes to become a Licensed Real
Estate Broker, and start my own Brokerage. |
